At Zouk, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted, cruelty-free products; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center on the website and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup based on the item's condition and eligibility.

• 3.
  Handover Package

  Pack the product securely in its original box and hand it over to our courier partner who will arrive for the scheduled pickup within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
